Switch in two minutes

Switching online or on our app is really easy. We'll guide you through every step of the way. It takes two minutes to finish, and 17 days for us to switch your supply — the fastest in the industry. Here's how it works.


Confirm your switch

We start work straight away. We tell your old supplier you're leaving (so you don't need to).


We'll email everything you need to know

Your account and your Welcome Pack show the date we'll start supplying your home, details of your tariff and payments schedule.

DAY 12

Send your first meter reading

We'll remind you to send your opening readings. We pass them across to your old supplier so they can work out your final bill. This'll take them around six weeks.

DAY 17

We'll flip the switch

Welcome to clean energy for less than power that pollutes!

We'll take your first payment on this day too. If your old supplier collects payment in arrears, you might need to budget for two payments this month — one to your old supplier for the energy you've already used, and the other to us for the energy you'll use in the month ahead.

DAY 18

Tell your friends

Tap > Refer friends in your account and start sharing your referral code. When a friend joins, we'll give you both a £25 reward. And keep sharing — as many times as you like.

DAY 19

Now you can change your monthly payment date

Tap > Balance and payments in your account to choose the day you'd prefer your Direct Debit to leave your bank account.

You'll receive your final bill from your old supplier

And they'll send any refund due or collect any payment owing. You'll have your first month's statement by now, too. See how much energy you've used by tapping > Usage in your account.
